$16,500 USD
Today on offer is a 1964 Ford Thunderbird Hardtop Coupe finished in Wimbledon White on Light Blue Metallic Crinkle Vinyl Interior. This vehicle has just been woken up from a 4-year nap.
It’s completely rust free, and still bears black and yellow 1960’s California plates. According to the data plate it was made at the Michigan plant, sold new to San Jose, California.
The engine is a 390 V8 with a 4-barrel carburetor mated to an automatic transmission shifter on the steering column. Which by the way moves from side to side to help you get out when parked.
It sounds very beefy with the dual Flow master mufflers.
The paint job is done very well. It’s very straight has no bondo or rust bubbles. All the panels close, align especially well for an American car. The paint is easily 8.5/10. There are two paint chips on the driver side fender, and paint lifting on one side near the roof edge (driver) otherwise perfect.
The interior is finished in Light Blue Crinkle Vinyl metallic interior. Almost perfect with bright aluminum finish all around. Some paint, wear scuffs here, there. Very nice chrome, trim quality. All exterior, interior lights work. Good glass all around.
Runs healthy, drives lovely. A very nice cruiser.
