1978 Mercedes Benz 450SL in rare Green Silver Metallic color.

Exterior / Body : California car with very good, solid chassis. The gaps and body lines are good, and straight and there are no signs of any major accidents. It has been repainted once in its life time in the original color, however the current paint job is of daily driver quality.

Interior : The interior is very original, and complete. It does show a good amount of wear. Underneath the hard top the soft top is dry, and needs to be replaced.

Technik : Starts pretty easily, and runs good. You can drive it on the free way at 80 MPH without any issues. There are some vacuum lines that are missing, and it could stand a tune up (spark plugs, etc..).

Conclusion : This is a very good solid chassis with a good power train. If someone were to put a very nice paint job, some basic maintenance, and a bit of interior work they could easily have a good investment.
