For sale is a one family owned 1966 Matching Numbers C-Code Ford Mustang

Vehicle was originally bought new at the Ford dealership with dealer installed moldings.

Very original, and because of the moldings has remained extremely straight.

Car was repainted once in its life time in its original color. The paint job was done 15+ years ago.

Paint job is good, but it is not a show car. I would rate it a strong 7-7.5.

Interior is all original apart from a new carpet installed on the flat area under the trunk window.

The passenger side has a tear (see photos).

The car runs, and drives good without any smoke. The car was inherited by the son when the original owner died, and he had put on new set of wheels, and tires.

The 15′ inche replacement allowed him to install disc brakes in the front. The car brakes very good.

It also came with AC as an option but it doesn’t blow cold (recharge?) all the parts are there, and it does work when you turn it on.

The car has no rust apart from the surface stuff you can see in the trunk. It is super original, and solid. Nothing ever changed or altered / chopped up.

Great little bus from California that made its way to Oregon.

Extremely well preserved, and dry bus apart from the little hole under the passenger battery tray, and some bubbling under the windows. The undercarriage is really nice, its one of the best examples I have seen.

The bus runs, and drives really nice. You can drive it 100 miles then pull off of the freeway and it will run the same. It won’t shut off on you, it doesn’t overheat or smoke.

The owner said he rebuilt the motor some 20k miles ago.

The steering is really tight, and the brakes are good as well.

There is a noise in the transmission when in lower gears and under acceleration which I believe is a bearing / adjustment. The passenger side has a clunk that may need a new lower arm bushing but I couldn’t see the problem from underneath. All seems solid and ok.

The bus is extremely original, and very functional.

Although the original seats were changed they put really comfortable RX7 seats with an inflatable padding for your lower back. Really nice on the long drive.

It has an electric RPM tech, second battery, and an after market radio which sounds really good.

There are some minimal records, and a manual, plus misc. parts like belts, fuel pump, spark plugs, oil… things to have when the bus broke down on the road.

I have the 5th wheel that bolts onto the front, but I took it off for the photos.

Check out the new Westy!

I am selling a 1 owner, original 4×4 pinkslip black plate california car.

The car was owned by 1 person up until 1986, at which point it was bought by an older gentleman who has backyard full of mustangs that he restores in his spare time.

This car is in great shape!

The paint is nice, the gaps are perfect, and everything opens / shuts as it should. The car runs, and drives great. It has factory AC that blows ICE COLD! LITERALLY!

Even the original AM radio is still there, and properly functioning.

Zero rust, immaculate interior.

Great car! Straight as an arrow.
