Restored 1972 Volvo P1800 in Light Blue Metallic (Color Code : 111)

  • Automatic transmission and air conditioning.
  • This car has stayed in California its whole life. Its rust free and still bears the original California blue and yellow plates from the 70’s.
  • Quality paint job in original color (9/10). Really good straight with good gaps. Really nice chrome, rubbers all around. All the glass has its proper Volvo Sigla.
  • Runs, and drives really smooth and cool even on a hot summer day (90+F).
  • Extremely clean, tidy leather interior.
  • There are no rattles, or shakes of any kind.
It came out of a private collection of Volvos by a long time Volvo specific shop owner.
What does it need to be perfect?
The car currently has 25K+ Miles on the odometer, however it does not work because the cable is broken. A new one is being sourced, and installed. The AC does not blow cold but we were also planning to put new R134 freon in. Lock mechanism / receiver, and hood hinges have been painted over. There is a tiny line on the rubbers, and chrome trim which also has overspray. The battery tray has surface rust and looks ugly. The valve cover could use to be powder coated or blasted and chromed.

1988 Mercedes Benz 560SL with 146k miles

Exterior / Body : Beautiful, original paint. Nice body gaps, and panel fitment. Trim pieces and brightwork in great condition with minimal wear. No rust.

Interior : Clean, tidy, original interior. The dash is uncracked and perfect. Good carpet, and clean mats.

Technik : Starts easy, runs smooth. No hesitation or smoke. Really good power. Air conditioning works ice cold.
Negatives : Dent on the passenger side rear wheel well that needs attention, both front seats need to be reupholstered, needs new top (two small rips) a light bulb is out somewhere, misc. tiny scratches, chips here, there.
This is the perfect collectors SL that can be used, and made to be an even better car by addressing the mentioned issues as the value rises.

Comes with clean California title, 1 key.

5/8/2018 Update : Installing a new convertible soft top, and re-upholstering both front seats in Leather. Photos to follow shortly..

1967 Ford Mustang with a vinyl top in Arcadian Blue

This Mustang was was built at the San Jose production plant in California, and shipped off to its owner by special order to Los Angeles, California.
According to the VIN break down its special order unit 0734. This car was ordered with disc brakes, power brake booster, power steering, and air conditioning.
It runs, and drives really nicely. The suspension and steering are really tight. The engine and transmission were (according to the previous owner) apparently rebuild in the past, although I do not have receipts to prove that statement.
From my personal experience the compression, and power would suggest that to be true. The slight nudge / kick you feel in the transmission is also present which is a sign that new gears have been installed.
It has been repainted a long time ago. The paint is very presentable with good body fitment, and gaps. The doors shut really well with the Mustang ping.
I would have to rate the paint job a 7 because there are lots of rock chip touch ups on the lower front valance, and a few discoloration areas where water may have sat. There are also rock chips behind the rear wheels as if someone had done a few fast take offs on a dirt road. It looks like the trunk lid has been replaced because the seal is missing, and there is red paint underneath. There is no red paint anywhere else on the car.
It has a few tiny bubbles but otherwise completely rust free. The floors look original, and extremely dry.
Interior is very clean, and tidy. Underneath the driver side visor there is a 3 square inch hole. Very strange, don’t understand how that could have happened. The visor hides the cut.
Carpet, seats, dash, lights, gauges all in good working order. The fans work, but I did not feel cold air being blowed from the AC unit.
Overall a very original car that runs, and drives great. Clean title.
